First Impressions are important and Curb appeal is a priority when preparing your home to sell!  Start with a walk around your property and look for details like chipping paint, lawn and garden maintenace, and freshen up your porch/entryway. Perhaps consider a new pot of flowers so that when the first impression people see as they drive up to your property is a wild factor.
